Last week, our Primary 7 class began an exciting shared project with the marine biology team from Queen’s University Belfast and KIPS. We visited KIPS, where we met Emma and Rebecca from the university. They taught us all about the amazing sea life found in our local area.
After learning together, we worked alongside our friends at KIPS to sort and group different types of sea creatures. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn and collaborate!
Next, we’ll be continuing our project with a visit to Kircubbin shore—and we can’t wait to explore even more.
