P6 enjoyed a cookery demonstration from Hilary(LMC). She showed P6 how to make a Balsamic Beef Ragu. It was delicious. Hilary promotes the use of high quality beef and lamb. It needs to have the Farm Quality Assured logo. She informed us of how we can trace our meat and promoted using meat from local farms. We are looking off next to visit a real life Beef Farm!
