Primary 1 pupils have been learning the sound o through a range of fun, multi-sensory play activities. They explored the sound using hands-on resources, movement, and listening games, which helped them to hear, see, and feel the sound in different ways. This approach supported engagement, reinforced phonics learning, and helped the children confidently recognise and use the sound o in their early reading and writing.
