Today we explored the meaning of 0 in the context of numbers 1–5. Linking to our Halloween theme, we used our numbers — including 0 — to build a spooky street, just like the dark, dark street in our Funnybones story. Some of our street buildings were tall, reaching up to 5 and beyond, while others were 0, showing no building at all, helping us understand what 0 really means — nothing there!
