Thank you to Geard from Sentinus, who came to visit P1,2 and 3 today to teach us STEM activities on the topic Moveable Toys. We learned how to make spinning tops using discs, marbles, wooden wheels and wooden sticks. We then tested them out to see whose spinning tops could spin the longest.
Next we made buggies using card, straw, wooden sticks, plastic wheels and tape. We tested out our buggies by rolling them down a ramp to see whose buggy travelled the farthest. We had so much fun!
