P2/3 have been learning how to write a narrative. Recently we were able to work together to write a shared narrative. P2 retold the story of ‘The Ugly Duckling’, taking turns to write sentences about the events in the story in the correct order. P3 wrote a narrative called ‘Tog and Mum’ about a little monster called Tog and his Mum’s birthday. They were able to introduce the characters and setting and describe the events that happened. We are very proud of our narrative stories.
