P6 began their topic of decimals this week by exploring tenths. They carried out practical activities using decimals magnets and Numicon. They played 4-in-a-row games, online games, solved decimals riddles, and recorded work in their numeracy books. They made connections with real-life(money and decimals, heights)Through all these activities, they can now covert between fractions and decimals. Next week- hundredths!!!
